Groove on and get the weight off

LA choreographer Tony Stone (below) is here this week to teach people how to get their groove on and get a quality workout. The dancer has crossed over to the exercise world, turning his hip-hop-jazz moves (used by Justin Timberlake, Destiny's Child and J-Lo) into a cardio-vascular routine. In short, Stone will have you bust that gut at Pure Fitness while you bust a move.

'They're choreographed movements that I've turned into a dance class,' Stone explains. 'I've tapered them so people can do it and get a workout at the same time.'

He'll be in town until Sunday. After his short stint here, it's back to his more familiar role of disciplining stars and celebs. 'Working with Michael Jackson and his artists definitely sent my career skyrocketing. I worked with him around the time of the double HIStory album. But the biggest problem with stars is working through their schedule. They're bouncing all over the planet and you only have two seconds to rehearse them.'
