Needless delay

IT appears as though the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Company, in an effort to sell the through lane electronic system, has now devoted two lanes for those subscribing to its through lane system, thus reducing the number of toll booths for cash payments.
Traffic, exiting on the Kowloon side, is now tied up in the tunnel, thereby causing unnecessary delay.
In addition, while in the tunnel the company interrupts radio programmes to sell the electronic through lane system. It seems to me that the company's interruption of radio should be for emergencies only.
