DESIGN Exteriors vary to give a sense of individuality but use the same materials and portray the same details to make the development consistent. Exteriors are in yellow granite with white pre-cast cornices. Glass plays a key role in the design - full-height windows are used throughout to open each house up to the dramatic views.

FACILITIES The development includes a communal garden with an infinity pool, a children's pool with a water cascade and a gym.

LOCATION These homes on The Peak are in a tranquil setting but are only 10 minutes from Central. There are many attractions in the area, including the Peak Tower, Peak Galleria and Peak Tram, fine dining and shopping. Among some of Hong Kong's most prestigious schools are the German Swiss International School and the Peak School, both in the area. The Matilda Hospital is also in the area.

DEVELOPMENT This is a unique and exclusive development of five executive residences overlooking Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour with mountain greenery leading to the Lamma Channel and the South China Sea. Each of the luxurious homes has private gardens front and back spanning about 3,000 sqft. Sophisticated security systems are employed to ensure a high level of security and privacy.

LAYOUT Each house is four storeys high. Units A to D have similar layouts. The main entrance and garage are on the entry level. The first floor features separate living and dining rooms. The second floor features a family room and two bedrooms with balconies. The third floor has a master suite with a separate study area and balconies on both sides. The roof is accessible and can be made into a terrace/garden. House E, which is on the corner lot, has a different layout and is bigger.
