Police seek fresh leads over jewellery robbery

Police have appealed for information on a $2.6 million jewellery robbery in Tsim Sha Tsui on July 19. A 35-year-old man carrying a black briefcase containing jewellery worth about $2.6 million left his office on Hart Avenue with a colleague. When they walked past 33-35A Carnarvon Road, three or four men attacked them with a knife and fled with the briefcase. Witnesses can contact officers at 2760 5522.

Heatstroke hits three

Three men came down with heatstroke and had to be admitted to hospital as the mercury climbed to 36 degrees Celsius.
