Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
Throwing things out the window is bad, irresponsible behaviour. Moreover, it can kill innocent people. Two people were injured by scissors thrown out of buildings last week.
In my housing estate, many selfish people throw things out the window, including tissue, leftover food and newspapers.
The government should put up posters in all residential complexes to urge people to act more responsibly. Also, teachers should remind children about the dangers of throwing things out the window.
Parents should punish their children if they do that.
DENISE CHEUNG
Yan Oi Tong Tin Ka Ping Secondary School Thanks for your letter, Denise. I, too, have been horrified by the recent spate of injuries caused by people throwing things out of windows.
I have a friend whose flat is on the ground floor. She says she cannot use her terrace because people throw tissues and cotton wool buds out of the window. It's really quite disgusting.
Where disgusting crosses the line to dangerous is when someone throws an object out the window. Even a ballpoint pen, if dropped from a height, can cause a serious injury - and even kill.
I hope that more people will develop a healthy respect for their neighbours and community, like you Denise.
