Yik-lun wins slam-dunk contest
Creative moves by teenager Chan Yik-lun (right) won the slam-dunk contest judged by LeBron James and Chris Paul at the Southorn Stadium on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old's first effort was an unusual one, involving an assistant juggling three basketballs under the net, and setting him up for a leaping slam.
Five players took part, and both Yik-lun and Lam Man-chun earned top marks from the judges.
In a play-off to decide the winner, Yik-lun's effort received the loudest applause and the nod from James. His prize was an autographed pair of Zoom 20-5-5 shoes.
