The shop has staples such as butter, flour, sugar and chocolate, but also more esoteric items such as edible gold flakes and gold dust; transfer sheets and piping bags for decorating; cake, tart and muffin pans; nuts, nut pastes and bean pastes; professional pastry books (including the excellent Dessert Cuisine by Spanish pastry chef Oriol Balaguer); and boxes and bags so you can package your products professionally. Delivery is free in Hong Kong (except for outlying islands) for orders of $350 or more; some refrigerated and frozen products need to be picked up by the customer at the Baking Warehouse premises in Kwun Tong.
