WITH reference to Mr Stewart Aldcroft's interesting letter of December 20, may I suggest the Autopass company does away with the monthly fee initially. After a period of using the Autopass system without paying the monthly fee of $20, motorists will become converts like Mr Aldcroft. Then the company may re-impose the fee if it sees fit.
