Still waiting for welcome gift
IT is four months since I applied for a Citibank Visa Card.
Then, there was a ''Summer Bonanza'' which promised an application gift, a welcome gift, and 2000 Citidollars. When I phoned the hotline, a male member of staff hung up. On the second occasion a woman explained they would send it to me by courier before October 22. I called again on October 27, and a female staff member said they would arrange delivery. I phoned again on December 2. To date, I have not received anything. A small gift like that really doesn't matter, but it is the principle of the thing and the attitude of the company that concerns me.
