The manager will be collecting market data on potential trade areas and rent trends. Team playing on a day-to-day basis is essential. The appointee will work with project teams, supervising market surveys. The job's duties must be managed in a time- and cost-efficient way.
Applicants should possess a degree in surveying or business and have a minimum eight years' real estate experience, preferably in retail property or chain store development.
The job will entail a certain amount of travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
