The spa includes the Ayurvedic Sanctuary, which contains a hand-carved Neem Tree bed, thought to be the only one of its kind in Hong Kong. The southern Indian wood it is carved from is said to be the best-known of Ayurvedic medicinal trees and is considered to have healing and antibacterial properties.

Treatments in the Sanctuary are based on Ayurveda philosophy and therapists have been trained by an Indian Ayurvedic doctor in techniques and the use of herbs.

Separate male and female wet areas include a dry sauna and vitality pool in the male spa area and a Kneipp pool (a combination of massage pebbles and water designed to stimulate feet and lower legs) in the female spa area. There are Chinese herbal steam rooms in the male and female relaxation areas. There is also a hydrotherapy room and a Vichy shower.
