Aberdeen became the hottest spot in town as the Kee Club's Art Loft space opened with an extravagant bash that drew more than 1,500 people to the roof and top floor of an industrial building.

The event was used to launch the Variety Club charity in Hong Kong. With a fully equipped kitchen churning out nibbles and a stage on the roof featuring dancers, musicians and drag performer MC Verushka Darling from Sydney, the queue of guests seemed to never end.

Those lucky enough to get in early to owner Christian Rhomberg's soiree had a great time. Included on the VIP list were Michael Wong Man-tak, model Danielle Graham, Francois Delage, Yung Kee Restaurant boss Kinsen Kam and CSI: Miami actress Sofia Milos.
