Local cashmere label Apsara has returned to stores after a long absence, to the delight of tai-tais. Designed by Priscilla Chen, the brand is known for its flattering silhouettes and clean lines. The autumn/winter collection includes classic pieces in black and candy colours, such as jumpers in a fine gossamer knit and cardigans and tops with details such as ruffled collars (HK$3,600 to HK$13,900). The must-have item is a short double-knit cashmere jacket (below; price on request) with glove-length sleeves, an adjustable collar, sharply defined waist and detachable cuffs. Available at Harvey Nichols, The Landmark, Central, tel: 3695 3388.
