Payback time for dear Mr Ho

A curious debt collection ad appeared in several newspapers yesterday. It says: 'Looking for a defaulter: pay back the money you owe. Dear elderly Mr Ho, if you read this message, please pay back the money immediately.'

Up to yesterday, the ad says the debt has been overdue for 43 years and 291 days. It did not say how much Mr Ho actually owed.
