Porsche is a German sports car brand owned by the Piëch and Porsche families, and Qatar Holdings. The company was founded by in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche, an Austrian engineer, and Porsche's son-in-law Anton Piëch, an Austrian lawyer. It is now part of the Volkswagen group, which also makes and markets Audis and Bugatti Veyrons.

Motor enthusiasts gathered at the IFC Mall's Atrium earlier this month to sneak a peek at the new Porsche Cayenne sports utility vehicle.
Porsche Centre Hong Kong's Robby Niermann presented the new design to about 300 cocktail-sipping guests, among them prominent personalities from the sporting and society worlds.
Those from the sporty set included Carrera Cup driver Darryl O'Young, mountaineer Chung Kin-man and windsurfer Chan King-yin. The glamour quotient was filled by Eileen Tung Oi-ling, Pauline Yam Po-lam and Eydie Tai Ni-ting.
