The Hong Kong Rugby Sevens saw no streakers this year but the crowd was treated to public nudity by two drunken fans who had trouble keeping their pants on for April Fool's Day. One was Australian salesman Richard Benson, 23, who stripped naked before deciding to set off his birthday suit by wearing his orange underwear as a tie. The second was British business manager Richard Gill, 24, who pulled down his pants. Both men, who were arrested and spent the night in jail, were fined HK$1,000 in Eastern Court yesterday on charges of public indecency.
