Rei of light

Sculptural Japanese label Comme des Garcons has finally opened its first store in Hong Kong. The three-storey, white-panelled 'White Box' boutique in Central will stock all the brand's men's and women's lines, except for Tao, as well as accessories and small leather goods. In keeping with the creative spirit of founder and designer Rei Kawakubo, the top floor is an exhibition space in which budding artists and designers can showcase their work. To celebrate the opening, several limited-edition items are available, including three T-shirts (HK$500 to HK$600) and a fun tote bag perfect for shopping.
