Mr Park began his career at Jefferies & Company and is a graduate of Cornell University.
Mr Malik joins the firm from Deutsche Bank's Global Banking Group in Singapore. In addition to general financing and debt capital market experience, he specialises in real estate and acquisition financing, in particular gaming and lodging.
Mr Khin joins from the London office with experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities and whole-business securitisations. He is British-qualified and a registered foreign lawyer. He will work with Paul Landless, a securitisation specialist who transferred from the London office in July 2006.
