April 13, 16, 17 Wong Kan-king and Charlotte Wong buy 200,000 Dow Jones shares for US$7.17 million

April 18, 20 They receive US$3.19 million and US$3.99 million respectively from Mrs Wong's father and an unknown individual with a Belgian account to settle the payments

April 30 They buy another 215,000 shares for US$7.85 million, paid by using the 200,000 shares previously acquired as collateral and US$2.8 million cash received from an unknown individual with a Belgian account on May 3

May 1 Dow Jones shares close 55 per cent up at US$56.20 after the company publicly announces the bid by News Corp

May 4 The couple sell all the shares, with a paper gain of US$8.18 million
