Ms Yeo joined the firm this year. She has more than eight years of experience in leveraged finance and debt capital markets. She has been responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of transactions detailing specific financial solutions across loan, bond, mezzanine and derivative products for clients across Asia-Pacific since 2000. She joins WestLB from BNP Paribas, where she was responsible for the origination and execution of high-yield private placement transactions. Before that, she spent more than seven years with JP Morgan Chase.

Mr Grandolfo has extensive experience representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of corporate finance transactions. He also acts for financial investors in a wide range of private equity transactions. He also has experience representing sovereign and quasi sovereign entities in international capital markets transactions in the Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan and Thailand.
Tony K.S. Chan
Mr Chan has more than 30 years of diversified engineering, construction and management experience. For the past seven years he served as a director of several subsidiaries of the Chun Wo Group, a Hong Kong construction company that has recently diversified into property development and property management in the mainland. Mr Chan previously worked for Scott Wilson from 1974 to 1999.
Clement M.K. Yuen
Mr Yuen was the general manager of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings for nine years where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of tolled highways in China and internationally. He is now the vice-chairman and managing director of a mining firm with interests in China, including the development of an iron, titanium and vanadium mine in Inner Mongolia. Dr Yuen will provide strategic guidance to Scott Wilson's work in the natural resources sector, and also expert guidance on rock mechanics, mining and tunnelling projects. Dr Yuen worked for Scott Wilson from 1969 to 1973 after graduating from the University of Hong Kong.
Regional intelligence manager
Mr Pagnoux will play a key role in shaping the intellectual life of BatesAsia. In this newly created role, he will play the roles of trend spotter, detective, think tank and evangelist. He will manage and communicate the agency's collective wisdom, and help develop key thought pieces, proprietary research studies and tools. From 2004 to 2006, Mr Pagnoux worked as a planner with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Malaysia, serving clients such as Motorola, Pizza Hut, Heineken and Sprite. Mr Pagnoux relocated to Asia from France in 2002. When he was in France, he worked at DDB and then-Lowe Lintas in Paris.
Chief compliance officer

Ms Ribbands will have overall responsibility for Sun Life Financial regarding the co-ordination and oversight of the compliance function across Asia. Before this new role, she was senior manager, regulatory compliance Australia, for National Australia Bank. She is a qualified lawyer and has gained experience with the police in Australia investigating fraud, including drugs and money laundering, tax evasion and has also trained police detectives in how to investigate fraud and white-collar crime. She has worked for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the State Revenue Office (Victoria) Australia.
Product manager for large enterprise systems
Micros-Fidelio Hong Kong
Based in Macau, Mr Souders will oversee quality assurance, product release and management, internal education, and assist in the installation and support of selected strategic Micros point-of-sale systems in casinos, hotels and large restaurants. Before coming to Asia, he worked with Micros in Las Vegas where he was involved in the sales and support of point-of-sale systems at a number of major casinos. Mr Souders joined Micros in 1998 while working on a doctorate in information technology, thus bringing a unique combination of IT expertise and hospitality experience to his new role.
