A court has fined a social worker HK$2,000 for posing as a policeman. Myron Yim Chung-wan, 29, posed as a police chief inspector, complete with a uniform he had purchased, during last Friday's passing out parade. He had been invited to the parade by his cadet friends in the police tactical unit. But he failed to fool Hong Kong's finest, who became suspicious when he did not sit with officers and appeared a little too nervous. They found he had a photocopy of a police warrant card with his name on it. Yim pleaded guilty to all charges.
