A woman from the mainland is seeking compensation from Hong Kong Disneyland for injuries she allegedly suffered in a fall at the theme park. Gou Yumei, an elderly woman from Huizhou , Guangdong province, filed a writ against Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited, the operator of the attraction, at the District Court on Wednesday, accusing it of negligence and breach of duty after she was injured when she fell from a ride on the park's Orbitron on January 17 last year. A spokeswoman for the theme park said she had no comment to make on the case, which was being handled by lawyers.
