Marco Lam is pumped up! The Hong Kong bodybuilder finally received his bronze medal from last year's Asian Games in Doha. Lam, who works full-time as a personal trainer, competed in the light-heavyweight category in bodybuilding and was oh so close to the podium at the time, finishing in fourth place - still a big improvement from his 14th-place result in the 14th Asian Games in 2002. However, subsequently the silver medallist failed a drug test and was judged to have used illegal performance-enhancing substances. As a result, the medal was stripped from the cheat and Lam is now officially in third place. The officials gave the 32-year-old muscleman his deserved award last Friday, with the ceremony held at his place of work in Causeway Bay's California Fitness. Congratulations, Marco, but we suppose the downside to being so big and muscular is it makes your, um, medal look really small.
