The Wang Workshop Group, which operates ultra-stylish restaurants O Sip Hah on Old Bailey Street and Shu Zhai in Stanley, has opened an upmarket takeaway and 'lifestyle concept'. Pop Bites is

a small space packed with products to augment a good meal: freshly brewed coffee, ice cream, wine, bread, pastries and cheese. You can also order dishes such as Thai Nam chicken rice (HK$48), dim sum platters (below; HK$48), fried sole fillet with red curry and steamed rice (HK$48), garden salads (HK$45 to HK$48), grilled jumbo mushrooms with Jarlsberg cheese, oven-baked veal sausage with onion, herbs and Old Amsterdam cheese (both HK$48), and sandwiches (bottom) such as croissant with blue cheese and pepperoni.
