The American Chamber of Commerce is calling for nominations for this year's Women of Influence Awards,  females who've led the way in business and community work this year. The four categories are: young achiever of the year, entrepreneur of the year, professional of the year and best company for women. No, you can't nominate George Clooney in the last category.

Judging criteria include  professional and entrepreneurial accomplishments, advocacy, power and influence, and community involvement and responsibility. In the spirit of full disclosure, the Post  is co-presenting the award. The deadline for nominations is August 15.
