Sky's the limit in high living

Manhattan Hill, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, in West Kowloon, has 1,115 units in five towers, with views of Victoria Harbour and the Rambler Channel.

The Manhattan Sky Houses, or A flats, are on the 65th floor of Towers 1 and 2. These units are between 4,900 sqft and 5,100 sqft, and each has six bedrooms and five en suite bathrooms. The ceilings are about 4.5 metres high. The Sky House Garden, a private roof of more than 2,500 sqft, has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

The other six Manhattan Sky Houses are the B and G flats on the 62nd floor of Towers 3, 5, and 6. These, covering 2,300 to 2,700 sqft, have four to five bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. The ceilings are about 3.5 metres high, and the gardens range from 1,140 to 1,180 sqft.

The twin clubhouses, Jag and the private clubhouse JAG1609, provide about 40 facilities, including a gymnasium, swimming pools, heated jacuzzis, multimedia entertainment and banquet venues.

There are sky gardens between floors 26 and 27 of Towers 1 and 2, and between floors 25 and 26 of Towers 3, 5 and 6.
