Lee Kin-wo, one of the most famous faces in Hong Kong soccer, finds himself in the role of new kid on the block when he takes on his first head coaching job next season.

A strangely named side - Workable FC - introduced Lee as player/coach yesterday. Workable FC were promoted as Shek Kip Mei but changed their name to accommodate their sponsor, an investment company.

'We are facing difficulties getting local players as we have to start everything from scratch,' said Lee (pictured), who quit Sun Hei last season.

'But our players are mostly young , and with the inclusion of a couple of experienced players, I am still confident of a bright future.'

Wing Wong Chun-yue, 29, who was at South China last season, is the only experienced name among the 12 players revealed yesterday. Most are from the former Hong Kong 08 team.

'We are looking for three to four quality overseas players and we hope the right mix can help us spring some surprises,' said Lee.

Workable FC boss Evan Lam said they have allocated about HK$4 million for their maiden season.
