THE Ming Pao group has entered into an agreement with Time Warner to acquire the controlling interest of the weekly Chinese news magazine Yazhou Zhoukan .

  Ming Pao will take over the management of the magazine, whose operation will be relocated to Ming Pao Industrial Centre in Chai Wan.

  Yazhou Zhoukan is distributed throughout the Asia-Pacific region, and has a circulation of over 90,000.
