Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
The streets of Lan Kwai Fong will be closed to traffic next weekend for the annual Lan Kwai Fong Julyfest Beer and Food Festival. There will be entertainment such as a strolling jazz band, contortionists, Chinese folk dancers and face changers, clowns and live music, as well as eating and drinking competitions. Restaurants in the area will have booths selling food, including roast lamb in pita with grilled onions, chilli con carne and black forest hotdogs (from Lux), fillet of Argentine beef sandwiches and sweet crepes with various fillings (from Cafe des Artistes), tiger prawn cocktails, roast lamb burgers and hotdogs (California) and jumbo beef skewers and roasted whole coconuts (Thai Lemongrass). The fun starts each day at 1pm and runs until late.
