How to apply to benefit from this year's campaign
We are now calling for proposals for beneficiary organisations for the 2007 campaign. To be considered, please send in the application form with the following information:
Background and objectives of the organisation.
Background of the patron(s) and key staff/committee members.
The specific project that OSC can help your organisation realise.
What sort of donation you require (for example, cash, services or equipment) and how much. (Requests under $500,000 will be given priority in consideration).
How exactly you would use the donation and how you would measure its impact and gauge its success.
Please download the application form at osc.scmp.com/OSC2007template.doc and send it with two copies of supporting documents to Operation Santa Claus, South China Morning Post, 16/F Somerset House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
The $16 million raised in last year's Operation Santa Claus is still being disbursed to the 27 beneficiaries, which were grouped into five themes based on their focus. Here is how the money has been spent so far:
