Revenue from the US fell 19 per cent year on year to HK$1.16 billion for the year to March but accounted for 58 per cent of total sales.

'Our sales in the US dropped significantly during the third quarter as buyers were reducing inventory due to the domestic remortgage crisis,' said Bernard Auyang, chief executive of Computime.

The company's total sales rose 5 per cent to HK$2 billion while net profit grew 9.3 per cent to HK$153.2 million, boosted by product diversification.
