Choreography: dance piece Cafe Muller by Pina Bausch. 'It speaks to the raison d'etre of movement, all the emotion and creativity behind a gesture.'

Restaurant: a cha chaan teng close to home. 'The satay beef instant noodles, with an iced milk tea, are the ultimate comfort food.'

Book: Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom. 'It made me cry.'

Dancers: Rosas Company. 'Their work is about the deconstruction of everyday human movement.'

'I would put some aside for a masters degree in architecture or design, give some to my family, invest in my friends' art projects then go travelling with the rest - not coming back till all the money was spent.'

Place in Hong Kong: Tap Mun (also known as Grass Island). 'It's the best place to experience open sky.'
