Phoenix sells Peak property

PHOENIX, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Electronics Holdings, yesterday agreed to sell a property on the Peak for $380 million.

The property, known as Mount Austin Estate, No 5 Mount Austin Road, comprises 11 townhouses.

All are occupied providing an aggregate monthly rental income of $1.3 million and are being sold subject to their respective tenancies.
