Volar hosted the launch party for the Hugo Boss Man In Motion limited edition fragrance. And as the main attraction, actor Raymond Lam Fung wasn't hired just to show up and look pretty - the TVB star was actually put into motion.

Lam joined three professionals on Thursday in a performance of the traditional Brazilian sport of capoeira. While the moves of Daniel Hemsworth - who claims he brought the sport to Hong Kong - were truly astounding, the best you can say about Lam is that he was game despite having little experience with capoeira, which is part sport, part dance and part martial art.

'Actually I haven't done this before - just for this show,' he said. Truth be told, Lam was lucky he didn't snap a femur. In warming up and practising the moves on the slippery studio floor, Lam forgot to take off his socks and it took a toll on his feet. 'I've just been practising for no more than two hours. It's actually quite difficult. I'd heard of capoeira before but I'd never done it. It's actually a martial art, but it's kind of like dancing, so I like it - I like the rhythm.'
