Bad eating habits are causing health problems, especially among youngsters.

Too much fat and sugar, and a lack of exercise, have led to an increase in the number of children and young adults who are suffering from obesity and diabetes. Obesity can cause heart problems and other illnesses.

To prevent obesity, we should avoid junk food and have a balanced diet. We should eat fresh food, and stay fit and healthy.

People who eat large amounts of sugar, such as chocolate and sweets, can easily get diabetes.

Eat balanced meals and take care of your health.
