Trainer John Moore is awaiting a 'definitive answer' on the status of Melbourne Cox Plate-bound Viva Pataca under the equine standstill orders before rescheduling transport to Australia. Moore cancelled a flight last Sunday for Viva Pataca and Viva Macau after the equine influenza outbreak brought Australian racing to a halt. 'I am worried about the standstill order,' Moore said. 'The horses will go straight out from the airport to Sandown, they will not be in contact with any other horses. If the Victorian situation was to worsen, I would be quite happy for them to ... return to Hong Kong.'
