Peter Chung

Mr Chung will help prevent, detect and diminish the risk of loss or harm, to the hotel, its patrons, guests and property and the enforcement of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's fire, life, health, safety and security guidelines as well as local regulatory standards.


Barry Chung


Vice-president and head of accident and health department


American International Assurance (Bermuda)


Mr Chung is responsible for monitoring the strategic plans for product and business development through diversified distribution channels for accident and health businesses.


Philip Fu


Assistant vice-president, accounts department


AIA


Mr Fu is responsible for developing and enhancing the financial accounting systems to fulfill corporate and regulatory requirements. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in business administration.


Simon Sung


Director of human resources


InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong


Mr Sung's experience in human resources include staff recruitment and retention, staff relations, talent development as well as compensation and benefits. From 1995 to 2001, he was the hotel's personnel manager.
