Man of the moment Riccardo Tisci's dark, sensual designs for Givenchy come straight from the heart, writes Jing Zhang.
Think you're funny? Well, here's your chance to prove it. Jami Gong (pictured) and his gang of stand-up comics at the TakeOut Comedy Shop are organising the first Hong Kong Comedy Festival next month.
The week-long 'laughathon' will take place between October 19 to 27 and one of the planned highlights is the quest to find the funniest person in Hong Kong. The competition will be divided into Chinese and English categories.
If you're thinking of taking the stage like Jerry Seinfeld, be sure you have enough material for over two nights as there will be a preliminary round before the finals.
More details will be forthcoming, but if you want to put your name forward, contact Gong at jamigong@gmail.com.
The contests will take place at the TakeOut Comedy Shop in the basement of 34 Elgin Street.
