To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a group of photographers have come up with special works which are on display at the New Town Plaza in Sha Tin.
The 40 photographic works are from members of the Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers (HKIPP).
The exhibition, entitled moon ? image ? photo ? reunion, uses the full moon as a symbol of family union.
Wilson Lee, who is in his early 20s, added silhouettes of branches onto an astronomical moon photo (pictured below).
'The Chinese affiliate the moon with special things. By adding shadows of branches to the photo, the unreachable distance between the moon and Earth is highlighted,' said Lee, the youngest member of the HKIPP.
Another photographer, Eden Man, used the lotus pond in Hong Kong Park as the backdrop of his work.
