THE Hong Kong-dollar bond issue by the Mass Transit Railway Corp launched on Wednesday night by Morgan Stanley International has been extended to $250 million from $200 million.

The syndicate members involved in the issue of the corridor floating-rate note were CITIC Industrial Bank, Kidder Peabody, Mitsubishi Finance and Oakreed Financial.
