Sharp Brave in the red

SHARP Brave Holdings has plunged into the red with a loss of $19.9 million for the six months to September 30, compared with a profit of $22.11 million for the same period in 1992.

Losses per share were 5.9 cents, against earnings of 8.72 cents a share previously. Turnover fell 29.5 per cent, to $133.36 million from $189.13 million. No interim dividend was recommended.
