Hospitals told to open up

The Ministry of Health plans to require hospitals to disclose how they spend large sums of money as well as their procedures for receiving donations. In a draft regulation posted on the ministry's website, it says hospitals should follow the principle that except for information relating to national and commercial secrets and personal privacy, all records should be disclosed to the public.
