Someone with good understanding of project development and management issues in Southeast Asia would help top management formulate and execute business strategies in the region.

The degree holder in architecture, building, real estate, business or a related discipline must have at least 15 years of project management experience, eight of which should be in Southeast Asia.

The candidate can expect to supervise project management such as conceptual design development, structural planning, tendering, construction, material sourcing, contract administration, budgetary management, timeline, quality standards and compliance with local regulations.

Someone with excellent execution and leadership skills is important because the key job is to implement innovative ideas and strategies, and help achieve business objectives.

The candidate would also be expected to conduct market analysis and feasibility studies in the property market to identify potential investment projects.
