A bus driver was knocked to the ground in a scuffle with a female passenger who carried her pet dog onto the bus in Aberdeen yesterday. The woman, 57, boarded the New World First Bus with her dog in a green nylon bag at the Wah Fu Estate's bus terminal at about 1pm. When the driver, 56, realised the presence of the pet, he refused to drive off and told the woman that pets were not allowed on the bus. 'The pair had a scuffle during the heated argument and the driver accidentally fell to the ground,' a police spokesman said. Police said no one was arrested.
