Hotel and tourism unit opens doors

The Master of Science (MSc) in Hotel and Tourism Management offered by Polytechnic University gives students the chance to connect with relevant professionals in the industry in problem solving and decision making, and apply management theories to real-world issues.

Kaye Chon, chair professor and director of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, believes that in addition to the internationally acclaimed faculty teaching the MSc programme, the flexibility in the length of study is also important.

'Students can choose to complete their MSc degree in either full-time mode from 12 to 18 months or part-time mode from 18 to 36 months.

'If you are in full-time employment you can choose to complete the MSc programme in three years.'
