This week witnessed a series of performance art events and a workshop on the nature of creativity organised by Hong Kong On the Move. Members of the art project involved local artists and those from 10 countries.

We certainly think the city desperately needs more events like this to promote awareness and interest. They were presumably suitable for families as they offered discounted tickets to students and were supported by the Arts Development Council. A vibrant arts scene is vital to our becoming a world city. But we were just wondering about the events' logo (pictured).

Maybe it is a gestalt thing, but it seems to depict the silhouette of a man and a deer caught in a rather awkward position. What was that all about?
