Firm wants consultant with organisational skills

A growing business and organisational strategy consulting firm that manages long-term projects for internal and external clients in organisational, leadership and management development is searching for an organisational development senior consultant. Profile Search & Selection is handling the search.

'The role provides the opportunity to work on sizeable long-term projects across the Asian region with clients who have a strong commitment to investing in their talent strategies,' Genevieve Heng, associate director of Profile Search & Selection, said.

'This role will help formulate people development strategies that tie into business needs. The integration of this role with the client's management team and business provides the opportunity to make an impact and influence lasting change for client organisations.'

Overseeing two- to three-year projects, the role would emphasise client management and consulting on change management, human capability strategy and development.

As an integral part of the management team, the role would help define commercially relevant organisational development strategies, map project plans, timelines, outcomes and deliverables. 'This means understanding the organisation's needs, diagnosing and consulting with regards to gaps and then working with the firm's internal experts to design and deliver the most relevant talent and management solutions,' she said.
