Community service order for architect

A Housing Department landscape architect has been ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. Paul Wong Kwong-shun, 54, was found guilty of recommending the use of a landscaping material without disclosing his connection to the company that provided it. District Court Judge Patrick Li Hon-leung described the offence as 'serious misconduct' when he passed sentence.
