Anything Alber Elbaz touches turns into fashion gold. The latest must-have from the Lanvin creative director is a collection of limited-edition porcelain dolls called Miss Lanvin (above; HK$2,300 each). A tribute to Jeanne Lanvin, who began her career designing children's clothes, the dolls are handmade by renowned Chinese craftsman Franz. Beginning this autumn, Elbaz will release six different models every season, wearing the key looks - right down to the shoes and jewellery - from the runway.

Each of the 800 pieces per season will be signed and numbered. Available at Lanvin boutiques including the newly opened store at Elements, Kowloon Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, tel: 2196 8052.
