Three claims under MPF

The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority pursued three claims in the Small Claims Tribunal for HK$17,000 on behalf of four employees who were owed contributions by their employers. The defendants - Sare Care, Max Group Industrial and Wong Tong, trading as Tong Kee Metal & Cleaning Appliance - did not appear but were ordered to pay the money.
